Friendly neighbors, quiet, safe. Maintenance staff is great and timely. Management is professional.

Packages have been stolen once or twice but that’s about it.

Nice South Slope Apartment

Pros

Great location, was decently priced when we first moved in. Small Building, only 5 other apartment (6 units in building). Landlord replaced Fridge, Range and Dishwasher while we lived there. We liked living in the 1 BR flex.
