Pros

Small building, close to park and several train lines, new(ish) appliances, sealed windows, high ceilings, updated kitchen and bathroom.

Cons

Neighbors lived short-term, possible Airbnb—neighbors at one point were lots of young white men drinking and smoking all night. Street noise sometimes loud.
