Run Away! I Barely Survived

Pros

- The church across the street is beautiful - A quiet neighborhood

Cons

- Water temp sporadically changes from warm to burning hot within milliseconds. It happens at least 2-3 times EVERY shower - Floors are slanted, my small hand weights roll across the entire apartment when I put them down - Landlord is a moron, can never be reached, and is quick to threaten legal action when she’s confused - Super is unresponsive and would leave smelly trash in the thin hallways for extended periods - Shared recycling bins are too small
