Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback for Daniel Wrublin’s buildings reflects a mixed experience. The location and natural light are well-regarded, alongside generally clean common areas and decent water pressure. However, significant issues persist with heating, notably noisy radiators disrupting sleep and delays in hot water availability. Communication and responsiveness from management receive criticism, with some renters feeling their concerns—especially regarding heating repairs—are neglected despite repeated complaints. Renters also highlight the inconvenience of promised amenities, such as roof access, being withheld. While neighbors and noise levels are generally rated positively, ongoing maintenance and transparency improvements are advised to enhance tenant satisfaction.

Reviews

Former tenant·6 months ago

Great location not worth the awful banging noises you won’t sleep at all

Pros

Great location and rooms had good light

Cons

The WORST bangning noise I’ve ever heard comes from the radiators all winter and fall every single night w out fail. Makes it practically unlivable. You won’t be able to sleep. Multiple units have sent the landlord videos of the absurd banging and they do absolutely nothing about it and make you pay full rent. Say they’re going to fix it but don’t. STAY AWAY

Advice to the owners

Fix the boiler it’s cruelty what you’re doing

Decent and simple

Pros

Fairly clean and well lit entranceway

Cons

Water took super long to heat up- like 10+ minutes. Advertised roof access in listing but then locked the roof door and denied access to residents
