Nice unit, subpar management

Pros:
Location! The promenade is one of my favorite places in the city. Great access to 4 subway lines within a few blocks. Busy little street on the weekend but, still neighborhoody.

The super and daily maintenance crew were really nice! Monthly pest control visits.
Cons:
Unit was not clean when I first moved in. No common space in the building for a bike or stroller. Building management was difficult to work with because they were slow with repair requests and they tried to keep my security deposit with no grounds for doing so.
Advice to owner:
Listen to tenants when they need something
