Be aware Brusco - West Side Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location Neighbors 69th Street
Cons:
Brusco - West Side Management are terrible landlords. This has been reiterated many times elsewhere; the company has many buildings on the UWS and you’d think “how bad could it be” and still rent from them - but it’s bad and you’ll be having a lot of problems with them. 106 W 69th: they put in the bare minimum effort to keep the building habitable. - heat broken in the winter - there is a phone company relay station in the courtyard with extremely loud HVAC system - elevator broken constantly - common areas run down - Brusco will not fix it if anything is broken - check the 311 complaint website for a list of issues in the building
Advice to owner:
Do not rent with Brusco/ West Side Management
