Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Reviews for Martin Blum's properties reveal a mix of tenant experiences. Generally, tenants appreciate prompt responsiveness from management and well-maintained buildings, particularly praising the live-in superintendents. While cleanliness and garbage management receive positive feedback, some buildings struggle with older infrastructure, resulting in issues like poor heating and pest management. Noise levels are often noted, with some units experiencing disturbances from both street traffic and neighbors. Rent stabilization is available in many buildings, which tenants find appealing. However, there are concerns about management accessibility and occasional maintenance delays. Overall, many residents value the location and community atmosphere.

I love this building

Pros

Live in super very helpful and kind, clean building, quiet neighbors

Cons

Laundry breaks often but they let us use next door. Management is hard to get a hold of but super makes up for it.
