Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants of buildings managed by Ira Lifshutz appreciate the prime locations and spacious apartments, often noting good views and generally fair pricing. However, recurring issues include inconsistent water pressure, pest problems, and occasional garbage management lapses. Heating is functional but can be costly, with some complaints about poor insulation leading to noise and higher bills. Responsiveness from management is mixed, with some renters finding delays in addressing maintenance concerns. Though neighbors and noise levels are mostly satisfactory, there is room for improvement in building upkeep and quicker maintenance. Overall, expect decent buildings with management that could benefit from enhanced responsiveness and infrastructure upgrades.
