The Caroline is a beautifully appointed, 22-story 'white glove' residence located at 60 West 23rd Street in Chelsea. Since construction was completed in 2002 the building has cemented its reputation as one of the most prestigious rental buildings in New York City.  All 431 apartments feature open living spaces with abundant closets, over sized windows, marble bathrooms, and open kitchens with stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, and full-size refrigerator and freezer. Many units also have a private outdoor space.

The building offers a superb amenity package that includes a 24-hour doorman, concierge, tenants lounge, children's game room & 12,000 sq. ft. landscaped roof deck and courtyard with formal European garden. On June 21, the NYC Rent Guidelines Board voted in the largest rent increases on rent-stabilized apartments since 2013.
