Good Building but no package system

facing the back alleyway, this apt is so quiet - the neighbors were all great and i never heard anything. the apt itself was grea

it should be noted that the top floor can’t control the heat. two pipes release all of the leftover heat from the below floors so the apartment will sit at around 75-80° if you don’t leave the window open/run the A/C all winter

Pros:

I love the block. Many great restaurants and cool life.

Cons:

Often dirty and the apartments can get overly hot. If you’re on the top floor the roof can easily start to cave after heavy rain.

Have more contact with tenants
