Review Summary for Dawn Dickstein
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews highlight buildings managed by DAWN DICKSTEIN vary in owner responsiveness. While some appreciate the renovations and spacious units, others criticize the disengaged owner and lack of maintenance support. The properties generally offer good amenities like in-unit laundry and renovated kitchens. However, some buildings lack proper garbage management. Overall, residents value the quiet environment and responsive property managers, but improvements are needed in owner communication and maintenance services. Despite mixed feedback, these buildings are recommended for their unique features and desirable locations in Manhattan.

Condo building so depends on which unit, but nice renovations
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good size units. The units that have been renovated are really nice.
Cons:
Not great light. The downstairs units open directly to street which might be a security concern. Not all of the owners are as reasonable as others

Rare spot for NYC, but owner is completely disengaged
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartment with w/d in unit and access to back patio. Renovated kitchen, lots of closet space.
Cons:
Owner does not respond, everything that stops working must be fixed by the tenant. Never met the super, I don't think there was one.
