Expect a lot of issues
Pros
Spacious unit, large bathroom, well-maintained gym, and laundry room. The building staff is amazing.
Cons
There were several water leaks, hot water issues, and a lot of noise coming into the apartment. During facade construction, which wasn't mentioned at the lease signing and lasted 2 years-ish, I got sick from all the dust coming in from outside. The management never apologized or compensated for the damages caused by the building.

Old building with nice staff
Pros
- Nice staff who are responsive - Solid noise isolation between units - Units are large
Cons
- Heating is done via radiators/window units, so it's not particularly efficient - Upper units reporter water leakage during storms sometimes - Some insect issues in summer
