Great apartments but beware

Pros:
I love the size of the studio. There’s enough space for a living room set and a bedroom set. 2 closets and a separate kitchen which you don’t really find in studios.
Cons:
There is a tenant that stalks nearly everyone in the building. There are many complaints and police reports against him. He unfortunately lives on the second floor so if you move in above him, you are constantly being watched. He’s always on the intercom, he leaves targets photos for other tenants on his doormat, he’s behind his door while you walk by and he’ll shake the door handle. He stole mail from folks and recently got arrested. There’s not much the building can do since it’s a rent stabilized apartment. It’s a huge bummer because the neighborhood is so great and the apartments are pretty well done.
