Spectacular location, aged building, shite management

Pros:
Location is premium and well connected transit-wise, rent-stabilized building, dishwasher in my unit specifically, live-in super is a little grumpy but is on top of most maintenance and runs trash/recycling processes like it's the navy, trash chute on each floor
Cons:
A+E realty sucks major nuts and is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with for repairs/larger maintenance concerns (stove ignition has been broken since I've moved in without any recourse), bathroom has no ventilation other than a window, absolutely no storage space beyond tiny bedroom closets, mild pest issues (occasional mice and roaches), EGREGIOUS PACKAGE STEALING!!!
Advice to owner:
Answer the fucking phone and emails

Neighbors are friendly for the most part, good location
Cons:
Bug problems, packages stolen out of the lobby VERY frequently

-It was just ok - wouldn’t recommend
Cons:
-Trains often not running at the subway stop nearby, and the walk there is not very nice
-No laundry in building
-We had a moth problem
-Oven broken for over a month and management did not fix
