New rent hikes
Pros
Love this apartment. Location is great. Super is kind and responsive. Never wanted to leave.
Cons
Rent increases for the first few years were <4%. When Salon took over management, the increases ranged from 5-8%. We’ve been priced out and have to leave.
Advice to the owners
Take care of your long-term, responsible tenants. The rent increases are unsustainable.

Nice apartments and building, rude management
Pros
This is a nice building that’s well kept, and the super is great.
Cons
Management is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I’ve never been spoken to more rudely in my life than when I’ve spoken to them.
Advice to the owners
Treat your tenants like human beings.
