Great building, mgmt and staff

Pros

New boutique building, staff is amazing - truly the best. Good amenities. quiet building with professional neighbors and some young families. No real issues in our 2yrs living here. of course individual experiences also depends on individual landlord. some better than others. our 2nd one in building is just OK. first was individual and great.

Cons

Wish location was more residential. Only reason we want to move is to be in more of a "neighborhood" as it feels a little empty and dead from 39th st to 50s on weekend.
