Nice Apartment in great location
Pros
Spacious bedrooms, both are similar sizes Nice small kitchen Apartment located on a nice block Great location
Cons
A lot of cockrouches Had one mouse in the house Not a lot of light in the livingroom. You can hear the noise from outside. It's a busy street and people hunk a lot.
Advice to the owners
Disinfect the apartment

Great location in Astoria
Pros
The apartment is located in the heart of Astoria. Two equal big bedrooms with good closed space.
Cons
Living room has little natural light and no ceiling light. We had problems with roaches in the kitchen. The street is noisy.
