Doesnt have elevators in all the buildings
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very close to the subway
Cons:
Not every building has elevators so some are walk ups, lots of rats, open hallways allow for that, neighborhood is noisy, the trash piles up and absolutely stinks

Horrible and inattentive landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Honestly nothing really. There’s a small courtyard but they complain about us going there. The workers onsite are also very attentive and keep the place as clean as they can. Shout out to them.
Cons:
Staircase is falling apart. Literally a hazard to walk on and it’s a walk up apartment. Onsite laundry is constantly having machines fail. Loud neighbors. Management only responds when they feel like it. Expensive for what you’re getting.
