Pros:
The building is right next to stores and the train is not to far.
Cons:
The building cleanliness should be taken more seriously.
Advice to owner:
Have super fix the building up since it’s the first impression someone sees when they come visit.

I like the idea it is very quiet
Cons:
The management could do much better by their tenants when they voice a complaint about their apartment or any concerns they may have
Advice to owner:
Listen to concerns of your tenants and do what needs to be done. Happy Tenants make everything much better when their concerns are met!!!!!
