First 6 weeks at The Hanley
Pros
Great location Nice front desk
Cons
Our first six weeks at The Hanley have been deeply disappointing. Given the Stonehenge name and the premium pricing, we expected much better communication, service, and follow-through. Reaching someone by phone has been difficult, emails have repeatedly required chasing, and matters we were told would be resolved promptly have dragged on. Too much responsibility falls on the tenant to keep following up rather than on management to deliver what was promised. The issue is the cumulative experience: delays, inconsistent information, and commitments that do not translate into action. Some staff have been friendly, but that has not made up for the lack of reliable follow-through. In our experience, the building and management have overpromised and underdelivered. We hope things improve, but we would currently hesitate to recommend the building.
Advice to the owners
Take rental issues seriously Provide a number to call for issues Get back to tenants when you promised to Given all the construction, renovation and noise going on don't over promise and under delivery consistently
