Not much to complain about

Pros:
- everyone is super quiet. I forget we have neighbors - apartments are spacious
Cons:
- no dishwasher and no laundry in the building - the stairs are rough - management does not respond to you, but luckily we haven’t needed them much
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to your tenants!

Cons:
It's an older building so it's a walk up and plumbing sometimes isn't the best but overall no complaints really

Very responsive management, thoughtful neighbors, well sound-proofed walls, location, big windows
Cons:
Heavy construction on brownstone next door until Sept 2023. Very loud, very early (within legal construction times). Not the responsibility of CNG management, though.
Advice to owner:
We really like living here. Piece of advice: exterior window washing every once in a long while would be awesome.

Well Maintained Building

Pros:
Lived there for 15yrs. Never any issues with rodents or bugs in my apartment, owners and staff were always very responsive and respectful, common area is beautiful and well cared for. It was a lovely place to live.
Cons:
Occasional noise from footsteps above and cars on the highway.

Advice to owner:
Invest in maintaining the building, as roof leaks and bursting pipes are unacceptable and lead to serious mold risks

Quiet tenants, very clean, super quick responsiveness to any apartment issues, feels very safe, newly renovated apartments.
Cons:
The front door does slam quite loudly (my apartment was on first floor). But otherwise no issues!

Fix the front door

This is great building. It is clean and we love it here. Only advise is to set more roach traps in the laundry room (basement).

Great place to live

Pros:
This building is a great place to live. There are only a few cons. With the recent rise in crime on the upper west side, we could use a virtual doorman. Package theft happens often. It could also be poor delivery service b/c FedEx and USPS are unreliable. The neighbors in this building are great. There is a true sense of community. CNG reality (the owners) are very responsive. They are very nice and really go out of their way to keep tenants happy. The washer & dryer is old and takes quarters which can be a bit annoying but I can overlook a few flaws to live in this amazing place. I really love it here. No place else I’d rather be.

Nothing, I am happy and feel like I get an amazing apt at a decent price. I would like a camera system if someone came to the door but I want to keep my rent the same so it is a luxury I can do without.
