Transplant Trap with Vengeful Holdout - Full of rats and raining poop water
Pros
Good noise isolation between floors especially in the back bedrooms, nicely laid out, large living room/kitchen.
Cons
Neighbors in "5W" are the only long term tenants in the building, all other units have been renovated (shoddily), and have been sublet by Roomrs (avoid at all costs). They constantly leave trash in the hallway on the 4th floor, causing rats (always present in basement trash room) to run all the way up the stairs. Literal rat grease streaks on the walls. They also have a dog which they let poop on the roof, and don't clean up. When it rains, the poop clogs the only gutter drain on the one side, flooding the roof to the point it overflows the roofing membrane, and then flooding the apartments below. Management does nothing about it, literal waterfalls out of the ceiling and outlets across multiple floors/units. Avoid this building. Super is nowhere to be found, maintenance staff don't know what they're doing, multiple shoddy and failed repairs.
Advice to the owners
Pay up.
