Great for what it is

Pros

Resident housing (so it's subsidized), pretty spacious apartments, laundry room is large and relatively well maintained

Cons

They take forever to address complaints. It took >2.yrs for me to get a parking permit! The apartments are not all the same size so you could be paying the same price as someone else but get a smaller apartment, which feels unfair.

Advice to the owners

standardize the costs based on size of apartment, not whether it has 1 bed vs 2 bed etc
