Great small building in East Williamsburg

Pros:
Love the open floor plan, quiet neighbors, good AC, clean, and great location
Cons:
Elevator sometimes doesnt work during summer, could use better isolated windows

Pros:
The apartment itself is decent. Generally, it is maintained and there usually are no major issues. Location is good.
Cons:
The landlord is SO unresponsive. God forbid you do have an issue, it will not be resolved for days, maybe weeks. The only time the landlord is responsive is when it concerns money. Otherwise, if there is a problem with the apartment itself it is essentially radio silence.

Pros:
Apartments are large and rent stabilized. Laundry and storage units in building.
Cons:
Landlord is unresponsive unless you owe them money, and won’t take action on issues unless you call the city. Super manages a lot of buildings so it’s difficult to get him to fix anything.
