Good building on the UES
Pros
Neighbors are friendly and quiet, super lives in the building and is responsive and friendly as well
Cons
There is a tenant who smokes cigarettes in their apartment, so the hallway smells. Garbage is inside the building (but the super/tenants are really good about keeping the area clean). I’ve seen some roaches over the summer months but the building is good about sending an exterminator monthly

Great building management
Pros
Management is easy to reach, and the super is very responsive.
Cons
The trash is in the lobby
Advice to the owners
Continue to be attentive to your tenants as you have been.
