Former tenant·2 minutes ago

so insanely average

Pros

big living space, nice location if you like the upper east, neighbors were normal as of 2022/2023

Cons

Apartment was still pretty dirty when we moved in. The trash room in the basement is disgusting—people will leave their trash at the top of the stairs to the basement because they don’t want to take it down there and I honestly don’t blame them. Also, no matter how much you clean it’s still dusty. The rooms were small but that's kind of par for the course. Sometimes homeless people would come into the first little vestibule downstairs, but that was a rarity.

Advice to the owners

actually clean before your tenants move in, figure out the trash situation
