Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant feedback for buildings managed by Joseph Aizer reveals significant management challenges. Many reports highlight poor cleanliness and garbage management, alongside slow or inadequate responses to maintenance requests. Heating and water pressure issues are common, and noise insulation is frequently lacking. Some buildings fare better in neighbor relations and pest control, but tenant dissatisfaction with management’s dishonesty and unresponsiveness is widespread. While certain properties have modern features and useful amenities, pervasive problems with building upkeep and vendor management significantly impact the living experience. Prospective renters should be cautious and prepared for potential management shortcomings.

Worst management company

Pros

There’s nothing good about the management company of this building.

Cons

This building has the worst management company that I’ve ever rented an apartment for. The disrespectful, dishonest !

Advice to the owners

Stop ripping your vendors off.

Good if you’re not on the top floor

Pros

This building has a great online portal for rent payments and it’s located in the heart of Bed-Stuy.

Cons

Maintenance requests would never be fulfilled adequately. The same issues would always come back especially if you lived on the top floor. Major leak problem from the roof.
