Bad management, not clean

Pros

I lived in this building for less than a year and had to break my lease. The hallway is poorly maintained like the apartment. The building adjacent is abandoned and the whole neighborhood was dumping garbage there for months in the summer. I complained many times with no luck. I found mice in the apartment, management was not helpful and had to get rid of it myself.. i also had an ant problem in the kitchen, and i found small roaches at some point also. Management also tried to rip me off by taking money from my security deposit and claiming that they were going to “close holes and paint”. I knew they didn’t from the next tenants. Also, heat is electric and spikes up the bill in the winter.

Cons

Roaches, mice, bad management, dirty building
