Rat infested building

Pros:
Location was the only pro about this building.
Cons:
- really bad rat infestation… mice running all over
- the heat is barely working in the winter
- windows with gaps makes it even colder in the winter
Advice to owner:
Deal with the pest problem!!

Very safe, doorman/doormen are vigilant and keep packages safe.

Eclectic Cantonese-owned co-op with best value in Dumbo area

Prices for units in this building cannot be beat to be in Dumbo/Downtown Brooklyn. Live-in super and doormen add nice on-site support for any issues.
Cons:
It's an old building, and proximity to BQE can lead to noise pollution at night for light sleepers if facing the wrong way.
