Wonderful landlord and building management

Pros:
The landlord is extremely responsive and quick to handle any issues! The building is very well maintained.
Cons:
The only con is that at time heat fluctuates quite a bit in the winter.

Great apartment interesting building

Pros:
Loved the neighborhood and the building takes care of trash and recycling and is very clean. The apartment was great for my roommates and myself.
Cons:
The building is a condo and the board leaders were very unfriendly. We would be watched in our back yard and on the cameras if we hadn’t followed rules we didn’t realize were in place.
Advice to owner:
Be more welcoming to new tenants.
