Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback on buildings managed by David Zahabian reveals significant dissatisfaction with management responsiveness and maintenance. Renters commonly report poor cleanliness, ineffective garbage management, persistent pest issues, and inadequate heating and water pressure. Many highlight unaddressed repairs and noisiness due to location. Although the area offers convenient access and friendly neighbors, management is frequently described as unresponsive and uninterested in tenant concerns. Prospective renters should anticipate challenges in communication and upkeep, with little confidence in timely resolution of problems, making these properties less desirable despite their central location.

An Unethical Building

Pros

Nice neighbors, great location

Cons

Unethical and unresponsive

Former tenant·10 months ago

Do not rent

Pros

Good location only

Cons

Worst management ever- not responsive, rude, didn’t physically ever meet one person who worked for the building. Things would break and random workers show up without tools. Hot water often did not work, and couldn’t control heat so was 95+ degrees in winter and landlord didn’t fix and ultimately the heat was shut off due to change in seasons.
