Cheap rent, working buzzer, laundry in building (only one machine)

Cons

They do not care about you when it comes to maintenance. Lived in the building for 2 years and had issues that began the first month that were still not resolved upon moving out. Mold, water issues, broken appliances nothing got them to do anything more than a basic cleaning of the area.
