Solid building, great location. Non-malicious management.

Pros

Great location, everything functional. Layout and space for the area is really hard to beat.

Cons

Had an issue with no hot water the first two months we moved in. Management was very hard to get a hold of and not helpful. We have our own exterminator service that comes and sprays 1-2 times/month so as to not have to coordinate with management.
