Nice not Perfect
Pros
Great lighting, great gym, and amazing rooftop!
Cons
Issues with balcony door seal, sink cracked at one point, and elevator seems to go down about once a month. Water heater in a closet on unit sometimes stinks and lights in hallway sometimes down.

New building but some old problems
Pros
Everything new and clean, neighbors in the building are GREAT, stuff is clean and looks nice
Cons
- gym is not usually clean/well maintained - managenebt barely replies - boiler smells bad - overpriced given region - no ventilation for cooking - building has a good amount of partying - package gets stolen frequently - street is noisy - heating isn’t great, only air con
