Best place I've lived in New York
Pros
I've rented from three different companies in this city and nothing comes close to this. The neighborhood is great, the apartment is clean and modern, the staff are kind and responsive. Maintenance tickets get handled. Questions get answered. I feel safe here. I genuinely love coming home. To anyone who's nervous about co-living - give Outpost a real shot. It can be exactly what you need.

The room is clean, the location is great, and the support team has generally been helpful. My only real frustration was in the first couple of weeks - emails weren't always answered quickly, and a few questions got lost in the shuffle. Once things settled down, everything improved.

the onboarding communication just needs a bit more consistency.
