Cons:
Landlord takes forever to reply. (c) openigloo Was told there was in-building (c) openigloo laundry room before signing in (c) openigloo 2018. It was removed a (c) openigloo month or two after signing (c) openigloo with no communications and still (c) openigloo has not been replaced. The (c) openigloo elevator is always out of (c) openigloo service more than up and (c) openigloo running. Flagged window cracks and (c) openigloo repairs needed upon moving in, (c) openigloo and landlord and super still (c) openigloo have not fixed/addressed issues after (c) openigloo being flagged for during all (c) openigloo 3 years of tenancy. In (c) openigloo addition, the super would not (c) openigloo set up tenant call box (c) openigloo service until 3 rd year (c) openigloo of my tenancy after various (c) openigloo follow ups.
Advice to owner:
Stop lying to tenants about amenities and gave rent reflect what’s actually offered.
