Close to things you need but…
Former Tenant
Pros:
Finally have consistent heat in the building
Very close to the subway stations
Cons:
Not so clean all the time
Entrance lock is always broken
Can’t control heat during the winter
Lots of noise, especially in the summer because of Yankee Stadium and traffic
