The worst landlord I’ve ever had
Pros
Huge apartment, great space. Dishwasher.
Cons
This landlord is the worst human being I have ever come across in my life. He is a textbook narcissist and gaslighter and was emotionally and verbally abusive. You couldn’t pay me to live here again. Also, the electric bill was astronomical up to $400 in the winter. The building has almost no insulation we were freezing even paying that much and still had space heaters. We had to take out our own garbage to the curb. There were GIANT roaches. Run far far away from this horrible place.

Learn how to be a nice person and go to therapy

Lots of space and a well maintained building. Small building with one apartment
Cons
Landlord is intrusive. Insisted on coming into the apartment to pick up rent in cash every month and flipped a switch when we moved. Talked to neighbors who had similar experience. Had to fight to get security deposit back and show pictures from the listing proving we did not cause damage.
