Not a bad building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It has two spacious elevators, definitely one of the newer buildings, right by Fordham shopping district, community is not bad
Cons:
Laundry machines always don't work, crackheads sometimes come into the building and sit in the stairwells, elevator does crash twice a year, bells don't work most of the time.
Advice to owner:
Fix the bells, and laundry room
