Pros

If you are in the A-line, great views of central park. Amenities are OK and restaurant is very tasty. Staff/handyman/porter are great and friendly!

Cons

The unit we were in had water leaking issues whenever there is heavy rain. As with many NYC apartments, AC/heater is very old
