Location, lovely neighborhood, WAS affordable.n
Old plumbing, and fixtures (cracked toilet, clogged drains) roach & mice infestation, harasement by former long term main tenant who lied that it was their home, when only a few years after living there it was revealed that they were a tenant and I was living in an illegal basement apartment.
Needs a gut renovation.
