Should've been a better experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
neighbors are great super is great location is great
Cons:
don't clean the apartments between tenants (see pictures on how I was given the apartment) elevator is never working the whole building has weird smells in it (most likely mold won't fix water damage from leaks the washing machines only somewhat clean your clothes and 1 of 2 is hardly ever working. management personnel are penny pinchers who made the Super clean a dirty toilet with his hand cuz they won't buy him a toilet scrub. Discriminates against tenants.
Advice to owner:
Hire cleaners, don't use ego to talk to tenants.
