Rent control people ruining all amenities
Pros
Great spacious building with very good elevators. Great views on roofdeck. The bodega downstairs is very good.
Cons
Package queues are 15+ mins, rent control people ruining amenities 1)cutting piano cords in music room, 2) bringing extended family to the pool and common areas resulting in guest passes required to access pool. You also need to pre book a slot to use the pool, 3)saw a man with his trousers down on the 42nd floor amenity area and management did nothing. Security does not enforce people from entering the building
