bldg is infiltrated with rats and roaches. There is no actual super in the bldg. No garbage management. No hot water or heat when needed, multiple fines,
Advice to the owners
Get someone who actually knows what they are doing, John Sismanoglou would be disappointed. You run a shelter.

Building has deteriorated

At least the hallway lights are still on
Cons
Don't move here unless you want teens banging on your door and running and smoking weed in the hallway all day and the rat smell and garbage smell thru out the hallway
Advice to the owners
Fix and clean your building and fix you intercoms
