Overall Good Building

Pros:
It was a fairly well maintained building that was quiet most of the time. I did not have any issues with rodents or bugs.
Cons:
Packages were consistently stolen. There was a leak in one of the closets that developed mold. I called maintenance repeatedly and no one came for months. The mold spread throughout the closet and ended up being a large issue.
Advice to owner:
Respond to maintenance requests

Pros:
Small number of units. Terrace. Decent sized apartment.
Cons:
Horribly unresponsive management. It takes weeks and dozens of emails to get a handy man out to fix anything. It took 6 weeks to replace a broken dishwasher. Took weeks to get a strip of insulation to fix a drafty door. Limited closet space. Garbage area is small and frequently overflowing with garbage.
Advice to owner:
Stop making tenants waste hours of their lives trying to get ahold of you to fix literally anything, big or small.
