Management is the definition of a slumlord. They also have a track record of hiring thugs for superintendents, the latest installment thinking he's Scarface. Most of the tenants are great and there's a bit of a community feeling. But the building is painfully neglected and mismanaged. There's never a doorman even though they charge you for it. Boxes get stolen constantly. Pest control doesn't handle the mice/roach issues. The building also smells moldy. The gym is a joke and half the time they lock the doors so tenants can't access, yet get charged for the "amenity".
Advice to the owners
Sell to someone who actually cares.

The water was usually hot and clear.
Cons
Building staff is not capable of making basic repairs and often cause further damage; management is completely unresponsive to all issues. tenants are left to deal with issues on their own. The property manager and superintendent readily discriminates on the basis of race, occupation, martial status, and familial status. Don’t move here unless you want to be subjected to some of the worst discrimination in the city.
Advice to the owners
Go to jail.
