Amazing neighborhood, apartments are spacious and have good bones
Cons
Extremely unresponsive / very sketchy property management, water and heat go out frequently (illegal), brown water comes out of pipes sometimes, super is overworked, building not secure (have encountered random people in building on multiple occasions), and trash situation is neglected/smelly. Restaurant under building is sketchy and often will hear drunk people screaming at all hours of the night.

Be responsive and professional, follow the law when it comes to tenant rights

-heat and hot water shutting off multiple times during the winter (when below 20F) and given to heaters or option to stay somewhere warm for the night. They just said sorry for about a week of heat and hot water being shut off during the middle of the winter. -stinky hallway -some neighbors just smoke cigarettes inside so it smells like a bowling alley -entrance is where the trash is kept -mice in building and left to catch the critters for yourself.
Advice to the owners
Best of luck to you with the company. They should have retired YEARS ago.
