Horrible building to live in
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is nothing to really like about the building it’s self besides the location of the property.
Cons:
The bells haven’t worked in over 1 year. The front door to enter the building is broken/open. There are pest all over the hallway that doesn’t get cleaned up. The garbage in front of the building is always overflowing and never cleaned. No hot water or heat. There is mold and led inside most of apartments.
Advice to owner:
Please fix all issues that all tenants have. Apt 1, 3, 7 & 8 all have multiple violations
