Cramped Apartment with Nonstop issues

Pros:
Close to 2/5 trains and downtown area
Cons:
Loud neighbors, dogs that bark all the time Smell of smoke, weed and alcohol in hallways Leaks from tenants using illegal washing machine upstairs Have to shower at certain times to get proper hot water

Weird experience at 2215

Pros:
The apartment was really spacious and the hard wood flooring was nice. Great neighbors, very kind
Cons:
They had "renovated" before we moved in and they did a very poor job. Things were not finished and the new flooring was messed up. They had to redo it.
