Small but homey building
Pros
The building is on a street that is beautifully tree-lined and quiet and is only a couple blocks away from the Brooklyn Piers. It is small with a total of 8 units so noise from neighbors is minimum.
Cons
Appliances are old and can break easily, the pipes may burst if the weather gets too cold.

Rent stabilized, great street and neighborhood
Cons
Apartment faced BQE, very noisy, small studio (a little pricey for the apartments facing the highway).
Advice to the owners
Bathroom and kitchen renovation needed.
